摘 要:在克拉维酸产生菌的菌种选育过程中,应用甘油耐受量作为选择压力能有效地除去低效价菌株,提高高产变株的检出率,较传统筛选法优越。试验表明,甘油耐受量高的菌株克拉维酸效价也高。在高甘油含量(11%)的甘油-精氨酸琼脂(AGS)平板挑取的菌株基本上无负变株,与对照菌株相比,有的菌侏效价提高20%~30%。耐甘油量低(6%)的变株,其效价比对照菌株降低了95%。During selection of clavulanic acid producing strain, using glycerol tolerant as selection pressure can obviate low producing strain and increasing the successful rate of obtaining hith producing strain, it is better than traditional screening approach. Experiment showed that the higher the glycerol tolerant, the higher clavulanic titre is. The strains that come from AGS plate containing 11 per cent of glycerol were generally no negative mutation and clavulanic production was 21 30 per cent higher than mother strain. In the other hand, the production in low glycerol tolerant (6 per cent) mutation strain was 95 per cent less than the mother strain.
