摘  要:本文观察了三种含铁粉尘(纯氧化铁尘,电焊烟尘和铁锈尘)对体外加尘培养的肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)的毒性作用,以AM存活率及其光镜和扫描电镜的形态学变化作为观察指标,结果表明,三种含铁粉尘均能引起不同程度的AM毒性作用,其中铁锈尘和电焊烟尘引起AM存活率下降及形态改变较纯氧化铁尘明显,高浓度的纯氧化铁尘亦可引起轻度的AM损伤。In this paper, three kinds of dusts-containing iron(pure iron oxide,welding fume and iron rust) were evaluated for their cytotoxicity to alvoelar macrophage( AM) cultured in vitro. The measured cytotoxicity parameters were: cell viability, cell morphological changes with Light Microscopy( LM) and Scanning Electric Microscopy( SEM). The results showed that all three kinds of dusts-containing iron could induce the different degrees of cytotoxicity to AM. Among them, the decrease of cell viability and morphological changes of welding fume and iron rust were more obvious than those of pure iron oxide. Pure iron oxide also induced slight injury of AM in the high dust concentration.
