综合康复医疗防治糖尿病之研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨综合康复医疗防治糖尿病的作用。方法 :糖耐量异常患者 10 2例被随机分为对照组 (5 0例 )和治疗组 (5 2例 )。治疗组采用严格的饮食处方 ,中等强度的有氧运动。对照组仅发放宣传手册及作定期复查。结果 :经过 1年半观察 ,对照组 9例 (18% )恶化为糖尿病 ,而治疗组仅 2例 (3.5 8% )恶化为糖尿病 ,二者差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 )。与对照组比较 ,治疗组的血糖、血脂、血压和体重都显著下降 (P<0 .0 5或 <0 .0 1)。结论 :综合康复医疗可预防糖尿病 ,并降低心血管病的危险因素。Objective:Explore the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on prevention and cure of diabetes mellitus.Methods: One hundred and two patients with abnormal glucose tolerance were divided into therapy group and control group. The patients of therapy group strictly executed diet preparation and moderate intensity exercise. Patients of therapy group only accepted education handbook and periodic re\|examination.Results:After l 5 years, the patients of deteriorate to diabetes mellitus were 9(l8%) in therapy group, and 2(3 58%) in control group,there was significant difference in 2 groups( P <0 05). When compared with control group, the blood sugar, blood lipid, blood pressure of therapy group decreased significantly( P < 0 05, or 0 01).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy may prevents diabetes mellitus and decrease risk factor of cardiovascular disease.
