摘　　要：目的 :探讨心脏瓣膜置换 (HVR)术后患者的生存质量及影响因素。方法 :对聊城市城乡 12 2例 HVR术后患者的生存质量进行流行病学调查和分析。结果 :提取了反映 HVR术后生存质量的两个公因子 ,测得与生存质量有较大相关的变量为术前病史长短、心功能分级、是否联合瓣膜病变、术后强心利尿药的使用、有无抗凝并发症或其他疾病。结论 :HVR术后患者生存质量主要受上述因素影响 ,改善病人的心理状态、选择合适的手术机会有利于患者的康复。Objective:To study the quality of survival and its influencing factors in 122 cascs of heart valve replacement(HVR) in Liaocheng.Methods:Factor analysis method and COX model regression method were used to study the influencing factors of quality of survival.Results:Two common factors describing quality of survival after HVR were achieved.The variables relative to the quality of survival were time of onset,degree of heart function,count of disease valve,use of cardiac glycoside and diuretic drug after operation.Conclusion:The quality of survival after HVR was influenced by above stated factors.Improvement of the psychological state and selection of appropriate operative chance are beneficial to rehabilitation.
