选择素家族在老年冠心病和高血压中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :探讨对老年冠心病和高血压患者测定血清选择素 P(s P)、选择素 L (s L)、选择素 E(s E)的临床意义。方法 :对 2 5例冠心病、 2 5例高血压患者 ,用 EL ISA法测定选择素。对照组 12例。结果 :冠心病心绞痛组和高血压 期组患者 s P、 s L、s E水平分别是 2 2 8± 18.6 ng/ ml,2 14.7± 13.6 ng/ ml,10 6 1.7± 15 .2 ng/ ml,90 2± 2 8.2 ng/ m l;87.3± 9.4ng/ ml,74.4± 7.31ng/ ml,与对照组比较差异非常显著 (P<0 .0 1)。非心绞痛组和高血压 期组测定值与对照组比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :选择素家族在老年冠心病和高血压病的发病和发展中有重要意义。Objective:To investigate the significance and changes of serum P\|selectin(sP). L\|selectin(sL) and E\|selectin(sE) in patients with coronary heart disease(CAD) and essential hypertension(EH).Methods:Selectin P、L、E were measured in aged 25 patients with EH and 25 patients with CHD,12 controls by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay \ method.Results:The sP、sL、sE levels of angina pectoris group and EH Ⅲ groups were significantly higher than that in the the controls ( P <0 01),the sP、sL、sE levels respectively were 228±18 6ng/ml,214 7±13 6ng/ml,1061 7±15 2ng/ml,902±28 2ng/ml;87 3±9 4ng/ml,74 4±7 31ng/ml.The more obvious increase of sP、sL、sE was found in EH Ⅱ group and no angina pectoris group(P<0 05). Conclusion:Selectin family plays an important role in the occurrence of CHD and EH.
