摘　　要：结合“用电管理信息系统”的开发经验，介绍了一种在管理信息系统中安全体系实现的模型，并从身份认证、授权控制、监视跟踪、存储过程、审计和备份与故障恢复等几个方面详细阐述了关键技术的实现方法。According to the experiences through the development of the Power Expending MIS,this paper introduces a mode aimed at realizing MIS securities. The papers gives a detailed description about the implementing method of key technology from several aspects,including identify authentication, authorization control, supervisory tracking, storage process,auditing, duplication and fault restore.
