青毒素G与中药注射液配伍的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究青霉素G(简称PG)与11种中药注射液配伍后对青霉素杀菌作用和过敏反应的影响,方法:在6名PG皮内试验阳性的受试者中利用药敏纸片法和白细胞移动抑制实验进行了研究。结果:PG不能与复方黄连素、注射用双黄连合用,因会增加PG弱阳性或假阴性患者发生过敏反应的危险性。结论:从外观、体外抑菌及过敏反应考虑。Objective: To study on the compatibility of penicillin G and 12 Chinese herbal median injections. Mehtod: The paper-diffusion and LMIT were used to evaluate the bactericidal action in six subjects with the positive penicillin G dermographia. Results: Penicillin G could not be used concomitantlv with berberine compound and Shuanghuanglian injection, because an increased risk might occured anaphylaclic reaction of penicillin G in the patients with slight positive and false negative of penicillin G. Conclusion: Penicillin G can be used concomitantlv with Tianjihuang injection according to appearance and the bacteriostatic experiment.
