加味参芪地黄汤对大鼠系膜细胞分泌IL-1、IL-6的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨加味参芪地黄汤对肾小球系膜细胞分泌细胞因子的作用。方法　应用血清药理学方法 ,观察加味参芪地黄汤对体外培养的大鼠系膜细胞分泌IL - 1、IL - 6的影响 ,并用雷公藤多甙作为对照。结果　加味参芪地黄汤能显著抑制经LPS刺激的大鼠系膜细胞对IL - 1和IL - 6的分泌 ,而雷公藤多甙仅对IL - 1的分泌有抑制。结论　加味参芪地黄汤能干预活化的系膜细胞分泌炎症介质 ,具有免疫调节作用。? Objective To investigate the effect of JiaWei ShenQi Glucosidorum Tripterygii Totorum DiHuang Tang(JWSQDHT) on cytokine secreted by glomerulus mesenteric cell.Methods Using the method of seropharmacology,the levels of IL-1,IL-6 secreted by mesenteric cell culture in vitro of rats treated with JWSQDHT were detected and compared with that of the group.Results The results showed that JWSQDHT obviously inhibited IL-1,IL-6 secreted by rat mesenteric cell stimulated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS),but Glucosidorum Tripterygii Totorum inhibited IL-1 only.Conclusion This study indicates that JWSQDHT can intervene secretion of inflammatory medium of activated mesenteric cell and have the effect of immunoregulation. 〔
