筋膜皮瓣在四肢深度烧伤修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨用筋膜皮瓣Ⅰ期修复四肢深度烧伤创面的方法。方法 :自 1995年以来 ,我们对 15例 2 0个部位四肢深度烧伤病人在早期切痂或清创后采用筋膜皮瓣顺行或逆行移植修复。结果 :临床应用 2 0个皮瓣 ,除个别皮瓣远端出现散在水泡及轻度肿胀外均获成功。经 1年以上随访 ,功能及外形均较满意。结论 :在四肢小面积深度烧伤创面修复中 ,筋膜皮瓣移植是一种简便实用的方法。Objective: To introduce a method for reconstruction of deeply burned wound of extremities. Methods: Fifteen cases (20 sites ) with deeply burned wound of extremities had been reconstructed with early excision and fasciocutaneous pedicle flap grafting since 1995. Results: All flaps survived, with only few flaps of complicationg mild swelling and disperse blisters. Satisfactory results both in appearance and function had been achieved with this kind of flap after followed-up for over one year. Conclusion: We suggest that fasciocutaneous pedicle flap grafting may be a simpler and practical method for reconstruction of deeply burned wound of extremity.
