脑电图(EEG)和磁共振/X线计算机断层(MRI/CT)在狼疮性脑病中的诊断价值

摘  要:为探讨狼疮性脑病患者脑电图和磁共振/X线计算机断层(MRI/CT)的特征及其诊断价值,对24例狼疮性脑病患者的活动期监测脑电图变化、MRI/CT颅脑或脑部的异常表现等。结果,脑电图90%呈现异常、MRI/CT图像66.7%异常,脑损害主要表现为脑梗塞、钙化及脑萎缩,好发于基底节及额、顶叶等区域。结果示,脑电图等检查对狼疮性脑病的早期结构特征,鉴别诊断、评价疗效及预后具有重要参考价值。To explore the diagnostic value of electroencephalogram(EEG) and magnetic resonance image/computed tomography(MRI/CT) in 24 patients with neuropsychiatic lupus erythematosus(NPLE), the changing features of EEG and the structural changes in the brain of MRI/CT images of the patients in active stages were carefally observed. The results showed there were abnormal changes of EEG in 90%of the patients examined and abnormal images of MRI/CT in 66.7%of the patient examined. The main features included brain infarction calcification and cerebral atropy, et al. The most offen involved areas were basal gonglia, frontal and parietal lobes and so on. EEG may provide a quite high value for the early diagnosis of NPLE, whereas MRI/CT image may reflect the structural changes of the brain and important reference for the differential diagnosis, evaluation of therapeutic efficacy and prognosis of NPLE.
