用尿沉渣培养及PCR-杂交梳检测男性尿液中的淋球菌

摘　　要：以尿道拭子培养为金标准，用尿沉渣培养和尿沉渣PCR-杂交梳法检测了120例男性患者尿液中的淋球菌。结果显示尿沉渣培养与拭子培养完全一致。尿沉渣PCR-杂交梳与拭子培养比较，符合率95％，特异性94.81％，敏感性95.35％。提示尿沉渣这一非侵入性取样的可行性，尤其适合尿道组织已有创伤或需多次取样的患者。PCR-杂交梳在检测男性尿液中的淋球菌方面有一定的实用价值。The urinary sediments from the urine of 120 male pateints were detected by culture and PCR-hybridocomb test for gonococcus, and urinary swab culture was used as gold standard. The result of the urinary sediment culture was the same as that of the urinary swab culture. The conformity of urinary sediment detection by PCR-hybridocomb test was 95％. The specificity of the test was 94.81％. The sensitivity was 95.35％. It is suggested that urinary sediment detection by culture and PCR-hybridocomb test is one of the non-invasion methods. It is feasible and much suitable for patients with urethral tissue damage and for those who need multiple urinary specimens. In conclusion, PCR-hybridocomb test proved to be of practical value in the diagnosis of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in the urine from male patients.
