猪囊尾蚴三种类型胶原蛋白抗原在免疫诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的　检测猪囊尾蚴胶原蛋白的抗原性。方法　经不同盐浓度抽提出Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ三型胶原蛋白 ,其中Ⅲ、Ⅴ型是首次从猪囊尾蚴抽提出来的 ,用间接ELISA法检测其抗原性。结果　Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ型胶原蛋白测 35例脑囊虫病患者IgG抗体的阳性率分别为 88 6 % (31/ 35 )、82 .8% (2 9/ 35 )、97.1% (34 / 35 ) ,30例正常人均为阴性。结论　猪囊尾蚴胶原蛋白具有很强的抗原性 。Objective To detect antigenicity of collagen of cysticarcus cellulosae.Methods Three type collagens(Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ)were extracted through different concentration of sodium solusion.The Ⅲ,Ⅴ type collagens were extracted from cysticercus for first time.The antigenicity of them was tested by indirect ELISA.Results The positive rate of IgG in the serum of 35 cysticercosis patients was taken on different results,measured by the three type collagens,which were Ⅰ 88.6%(31/35),Ⅲ 82.8%(29/35),Ⅴ 97.1%(34/35) respectively.In contrast,the control group was negative in all.Conclusion The collagens of cysticercus cellulosae possess the intensive antigenicity,it will be a group of prospective antigens in cysticercosis immunodiagnosis.
