Dot-ELISA快速诊断日本血吸虫病的实验研究

摘　　要：目的建立快速简便实用的血吸虫病诊断方法。方法利用Dot-ELISA检测急性日本血吸虫病患者血清特异性IgG抗体。 结果Dot-ELISA和常规ELISA检测 1 1 7例急性血吸虫病患者血清抗体的阳性率分别为 94 .0 %和 97.4 % ,高于粪便检测的阳性率 ( 92 .3% ) ,两法检测结果的符合率达 96 .6 %。1 0 8例粪检阳性患者 ,Dot-ELISA和常规ELISA的阳性率分别为 94 .4 %和 97.2 % ,两法检测结果的符合率为 97.2 %。 2 5例肝吸虫病和 5 0例正常人可出现不同程度的交叉反应。结论两法在诊断的敏感性和特异性方面相似 ,检测结果无显著性差异 ,而Dot -ELISA操作简便 ,诊断快速 ,具有一定的实用诊断价值。Objective To establish a simple method for rapid diagnosis of schistosomiasis japonica.Methods Dot-ELISA was used to detect the specific IgG antibody in sera of patient with acute schistosomiasis japonica.Results In 117 cases of acute schistosomiasis japonica,the positive rate by using Dot-ELISA and routine ELISA were 94.0% and 97.4% and higher than that of stool examination (92.3%).The coincidence rates between Dot-ELISA and routine ELISA was 96.6%.Of 108 cases with positive stool examination,the positive rate of two methods were 94.4% and 97.2% respectively and the coincidence was 97.2%.Some nonspecific reactions were emerged in 25 cases of clonorchiasis and 50 normal person.Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity of above two methods were similar in the diagnosis of Schistosomiasis japonica.There was no significant difference between the results by using Dot-ELISA and routine ELISA.Dot-ELISA was simple,fast and more suitable for use in the endemic areas.
