摘　　要：报导了采用 HPLC 法测定爱地清缓释胶囊中硝苯地平的含量。采用 ODS 柱(100mm×4.6mm,5μm)、0.92%辛烷磺酸钠水溶液-冰醋酸-甲醇(542.5:32.5:425)为流动相,用紫外检测器于254nm 波长处检测。平均回收率为99.93%,RSD0.64%(n=5),线性范围2μg/ml～6μg/ml。本法具有快速、简便、灵敏、准确等优点。This article reports a HPLC method for determination of Nifedipine in Aidiqing Sustained- Release capsules.Using a Spherisob ODS column(100mm×4.6mm,5μm)with a mobile phase of 0.92% Sodium 1-Octanesulfonate water solution-glacial acetic acid-methanol(542.5:32.5:425)at a flow rate of 1.8 min/min and a UV detector at 254nm.The standard curve was hnear over the range of 2 μg/ml to 6 μg/ ml and correlation coefficient was 0.9997.The average recovery and relative standard deflation were 99.93% and 0.64% Respectively.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.
