应用紫外分光光度法测定苦参总碱的含量

摘　　要：用岛津 UV-210紫外分光光度计对苦参膏中苦参总硷的含量进行了测定。结果表明,苦参总硷的光谱图在200nm 处有最大吸收,并且吸收值与苦参总硷的含量间存在着良好的线性关系。并对苦参总硷在水溶液中的稳定性和实验方法的精密度进行了考察,认为此方法适合于作含量测试分析,其平均回收率为103.2%。Total alkaloid content in Flareseent Sophora Extract was determinated by UV-20 Ulfraviolet Speetrophotometry.The result showed that the spectrogram of total alkaloids of Flaveseent Sophora had the largest absorption at 200nm.and There was good linear relationship between absorption value and total alkaloid content of Flavescent Sophora.The Stability of total alkaloid of Flavescent Sophora in water solution and the precision of experimental method were invesligated,considering that the method was suited to use as.testing content analysis,its average recovery rate at 103.2%.
