中药甘露1号抑瘤作用的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨中药甘露 1号的抑瘤作用及其机制。方法　采用在体、离体动物实验观察中药甘露 1号煎剂对接种S 1 80的LACA小鼠、TCR小鼠的抑瘤作用及对SMMC 772 1人肝癌细胞生长的抑制作用。结果　该煎剂对接种S 1 80的LACA小鼠、TCR小鼠的抑瘤率为 32 3% 55 4% (P <0 0 1 )。但甘露 1号 +MTX(氨甲喋呤 )复合组的抑瘤率不高于单用MTX的抑瘤效果。在细胞培养实验中 ,其对SMMC 772 1人肝癌细胞生长的抑制随其浓度的提高而增加 ,呈线性关系。结论　甘露Objective In order to explore how the Ganlu I decoction repress the growth of tumor cell. Methods We made some experiments: Ganlu I inhibited the tumor mass growth on mice in vivo;and inhibited the growth of SMME 7721 human liver tumor cells.Results The study showed that Gaulu I has effect of repressing the tumor mass growth,the inhibited ratio from 32.3% to 55.4% on LACA and TCR mice in vivo ( P<0.01 ).In Ganlu I+MTX treated mice,the inhibited ratio of tumor growth didn't higher than that of only MTX4 treated mice. In vitro Gaulu I restrained the growth of human liver tumor cells SMM 7721, the effect related to its concentration. Conclusion Ganlu I has certain effects of anti tumor on mice in vivo and on cell cultrue in vitro.
