摘　　要：综述了细菌氧化预处理难浸金矿石的机理及影响细菌浸出的一些因素 。This article has summarized the leaching mechanism and influence factors of bacterial oxidation and pre disposal of refractory gold ores. Industrial application and current status of studies at home and overseas were also introduced.
