摘　　要：在连铸生产工艺中 ,结晶器中钢水液面的波动必须保持在一定范围内 ,否则将直接影响拉坯质量 ,造成拉漏事故。采用钢水液面控制仪 ,可将结晶器中的钢水稳定在一定的范围内 ,大大提高拉坯质量 ,避免拉漏现象的发生。The steel liquid level fluctuation in mould has to be maintained in a certain range in CC process, otherwise it will directly affect the casting billet quality, and then result in breakout. Using a liquid level controller could make the hot metal in CC mould retained in a certain range. As a result, the casting billet quality is increased significantly and the breakout is avioded.
