摘　　要：珠钢 15 0tFuchs竖炉投产 3个月以来 ,其日历作业率达到 73.7% ,接近设计要求 ,其利用率为 0 .2 3% .冶炼周期为 180min ,与投产初期有很大改进 .为进一步缩短冶炼周期和提高电炉利用率 ,从工艺上对各个影响因素作了详细的分析 。The calendar operating rate of the 150t shaft furnace (Fuchs) EAF at Zhujiang Iron & Steel Co. has reached 73.7% since it was first put into operation 3 months ago, thus nearly meeting its design requirement. With an availability coefficient of 0.23 and a tap_tap time of 180 min, the unit is now operating much better than it was in the initial stages of operation. In order to further cut short the tap_tap time and to increase the availability coefficient, a detailed analysis of the process factors affecting the performance of the unit is made, and effective measures to reduce the tap-tap time proposed.
