脑血栓中医辨证分型及客观指标初探

摘　　要：为探索病的临床辨证规律,采用中医辨证理论和方法,结合血液流变学、甲皱微循环,血小板功能指标,总结了脑血栓病病期和证型的关系.发现这种分型方法与定量化指标有某种平行关系,为中医认识脑血栓的病、期、型提供了初步的定量化指标和现代科学依据.In order to find the regularities of the clinical differentiation of the symptoms and signs of cerebral embolism, the relationships between the stadia and categories of the syndrome were summarized by using the methods and theories of TCM differentiation of symptoms and signs combined with blood rheology, nail fold microcirculation and function indexes of platelet. Some parallel correlations between the classifications and the quantitative in-dexes were found. The studies offered primary quantitative indexes and modern scientific basis for the recognition of the stadia and category of cerebral embolism for TCM.
