摘 要:研究了用乳状液膜从NaCl型浸出液中浓缩稀土的工艺因素。这些因素包括油内比(Roi)、膜相中煤油/石蜡比、表面活性剂用量、内相酸度、料液中稀土浓度、水乳比(Rwe)、流动载体P507和P204的比较以及搅拌时间。通过实验获得了一个适宜的液膜组成(N205P507煤油液体石蜡HCl)和一些较佳的操作条件。液膜富集稀土的浓度可达100g·L-1,稀土提取率可达96%。Technological factors for concentrating rare earth metal ions form NaCl type leachate with emulsive liquid membrane were studied.These factors included the oil inner ratio( R oi ),the kerosene liquid paraffin ratio in the membrane phase,the surfactant quantity,the inner phase acidity,the rare earth metal ions concentration in the feed,the aqua emulsion ratio( R we ),the use of P 507 or P 204 ,and the stirring time.Through experiments a suitable formulation( N 205 P 507 kerosene liquid paraffin HCl) for concentrating rare earth metal ions with emulsion liquid membrane and better method of operation were obtained.The concentration of rare earth metal ions enriched by emulsion liquid membrane came up to 100 g·L -1 and extraction efficiency for rare earth metal ions came up to 96%.
