摘 要:针对油井动液面降低 ,使用电潜泵提液不经济 ,而用有杆大泵又难以实现深抽的情况 ,设计了 ψ56mm串联式三腔抽油泵。这种新型抽油泵由两台 ψ56mm泵通过特殊部件串联而成 ,靠中间密封装置将两泵分隔成三个工作腔 ,生产中可交替吸、排液 ,使泵连续抽油 ;设计有两组独立的进、排液系统 ,在两油层中间加装一级封隔器 ,可实现油层的分层开采 ,有效地解决层间矛盾 ,发挥潜力层作用。在不改变地面抽油设备的情况下 ,该泵深度可下到 140 0m以下 ,且达到 ψ83mm大泵的排液量 ,通过现场 17口井的试验 。While an oilfield enters high water cut stage, with the descending of dynamic liquid level, it becomes increasingly expensive to exploit by the submersible electric pump and more difficult to produce by the large displacement sucker rod pump. A new type of subsurface pump with special structure, the tandem type three chamber subsurface pump, is developed. This new pump is made up of two 56mm pumps connected with special parts. With a central sealing device, the pump is divided into three working chambers in which oil can be absorbed and discharged alternately, so the oil can be extracted continuously. Above all, the pump has two independent ofl absorption discharge systems, so separation zone production can be achieved if a packer is installed between the two oil bearing formations. Without changing the surface production equipment, the pump can be lowered below 1400m and its displacement matches that of 83mm pump. Test in 17 wells shows that the new pump can bring about an ideal effect of production increment in deep wells.
