摘　　要：针对电动潜油泵工频全压启动时存在启动电流过大等诸多问题 ,开发出新型电动潜油泵变频控制系统。从设计入手 ,提出系统应具有保护功能、控制功能、调速功能和操作简单等特点。简要介绍了电泵变频控制系统的组成及原理 ,并对其各部分的功能做了详细叙述。该系统具有两个创新点 ,即增加了二次滤波器和拓展了电泵控制系统的应用范围。 4口井的现场应用结果表明 ,新型电泵控制系统运行状态良好 ,节能效果明显 ,延长了检泵周期 。In the light of the pickup current of a submersible electric pump being too large when started at full pressure,a new variable frequency control system is developed. Tbe new control system has the functions of protection,control and speed regulation and can be operated easily. The constituent elements and operating principle of the system are introduced in brief, and the functions of its components are described in detail. The key technical points of the system lie in adding a secondary wave filter and widening the application scopes of the control system. Use on 4 wells shows that, the new variable frequency operates well, bringing about good power saving effect and extension of pump overhaul period.
