摘 要:研究了不同腐蚀介质中及加载频率下X6 0管线钢的腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展特性。在较高的加载频率f=10HZ时 ,不同腐蚀介质中裂纹扩展具有真腐蚀疲劳特性 ,并且裂纹的扩展规律可表示为 (da/dN) cf=Bcf(△K-△Kthcf) 2 。腐蚀介质主要影响腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值△Kthcf,而对系数Bcf无显著影响 ;在较低的加载频率f=1HZ时裂纹扩展呈缓慢增加的平台———具有应力腐蚀特性。文章对建立较为通用的腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展公式进行了探讨。The characteristics of corrosion fatigue crack propagation of X60 pipe steel at different loading frequencies and in different corrosion media were studied. At a higher loading frequency f=10 Hz, the crack propagation in different media demonstrated true corrosion fatigue characteristics and the crack propagation could be expressed by the equation (da/dN)cf=Bcf(ΔK-ΔKthcf)2. The corrosion media mainly affected the threshold value of corrosion fatigue crack propagationΔKthcf and had no marked effect on coefficient Bcf. At a lower loading frequency F=1Hz, the crack propagation increased gradually and showed stress corrosion characteristics. The establishment of a common equation for the corrosion fatigue was explored.
