摘　　要：坚持唯物辩证法的工作方法,能有效地防止思想政治工作中的片面性。正确处理教育与管理、治标与治本、扶正与压邪、解决思想问题与解决实际问题、言教与身教、教育与自我教育、先进性要求与广泛性要求、理论教育与创建活动、专业队伍作用与齐抓共管等辩证关系,是新时期做好思想政治工作的重要方法。Unilateralism in ideological and political work can be prevented effectively if the methods of materialist dialectics are insisted on.The important methods for doing ideological and political work well are to correctly handle the dialectic relationship between education and management,between taking temporary solution and effecting a permanent cure,between supporting the just and suppressing the evil,between solving ideological problems and practical problems.We should also handle correctly the dialectic relationship between teaching by one's words and by one's own examples,between receiving education and self-education,between advancement and universality,between theoretical education and practical activities,between giving play to the specialized personnel and administering together.
