氨基硫脲的间接离子色谱分析

摘　　要：Indirect ion chromatographic method of thiosemicarbazide has been studied in this paper.Oxidation conditions of the certatin concentration thiosemicarbazide to sulfate have been concluded by orthogonal tests.Linear range of the method is 1.00～50.00mg·L -1 ,detectability is 0.5mg·L -1 ,the relative standard deviation is less than 5%,rate of recovery is 98.0～104%.It shows that the method is simple,accurate and sensitive for microdetermination of thiosemicarbazide.Indirect ion chromatographic method of thiosemicarbazide has been studied in this paper.Oxidation conditions of the certatin concentration thiosemicarbazide to sulfate have been concluded by orthogonal tests.Linear range of the method is 1.00～50.00mg·L -1 ,detectability is 0.5mg·L -1 ,the relative standard deviation is less than 5%,rate of recovery is 98.0～104%.It shows that the method is simple,accurate and sensitive for microdetermination of thiosemicarbazide.
