摘 要:采用水热合成法制备NaA型沸石分子筛膜,实验比较了(-Al2O3、ZrO2及TiO2三种支撑体对NaA型沸石分子筛膜形成的影响。XRD测定所合成的沸石分子筛膜是NaA型。SEM和渗透实验结果表明, 沸石分子筛膜的性能与支撑体有关, TiO2 优于ZrO2和(-Al2O3。在TiO2支撑体上所合成沸石分子筛膜的H2、N2渗透系数大小基本与膜两侧平均压力无关,理想分离系数约为8,高于Knudsen扩散分离因子3.74,表现有一定的分子筛分效应。The influence of TiO2, ZrO2 and (-Al2O3 substrates on the development of NaA type zeolite membranes in clear solution by hydrothermal synthesis without addition of seed were investigated. The final composition of the solution on molar basis was Na2O∶SiO2∶Al2O3∶H2O = 10∶1∶0.2∶200. XRD characterizations indicate that the zeolite membrane on the titania/(-alumina supports is NaA-type. The experimental results of SEM and permeation show that TiO2 substrate is the best substrate for obtaining NaA type zeolite membrane. For the NaA zeolite membrane on TiO2 substrate, its permeability of hydrogen did not change with pressure and its permeselectivity of hydrogen to nitrogen was about 8, which was higher than that of Knudsen diffusion. It suggests that the NaA type zeolite membrane on TiO2 substrate was defect-free and possessed the performance of partial molecular sieving. The results indicated that both the amount of hydroxyl on the surface and hydrophilic properties of the support directly affect the growth of zeolite membrane.
