摘 要:研究了羟基磷灰石表面电位随溶液 PO3 -4 浓度、Ca2 + 浓度、离子强度和 p H的变化规律 ;测定了不同操作条件下牛血清白蛋白在羟基磷灰石上的吸附容量 ;吸附等温线的测定结果表明该吸附属于 Langmuir型 ;通过对该吸附过程的动力学研究 ,计算得到的表观活化能和吸附热数值较低 。Experimental studies on the effects of the concentration of PO 3- 4 and Ca 2+ , ion strength and pH of buffer on the polarity and magnitude of ζ potential of hydroxylapatite(HAP) were carried out in present study to characterize the surface physicochemical properties of hydroxylapatite. Adsorption of bovine serum albumin(BSA) on HAP was carried at different conditions in terms of pH, ionic strength, and the concentration of PO 3- 4 to establish the knowledge of adsorption mechanism. A Langmuir adsorption isotherm was obtained and the apparent activation energy and adsorption heat were interpreted. The low magnitude of the apparent activation energy and the adsorption heat indicated the fast adsorption of BSA on hydroxylapatite was a physical adsorption in nature.
