新型除氧剂异抗坏血酸钠及其复合配方在200MW机组上的应用

摘　　要：本文是在国产200MW机组上所做的新型除氧剂工业试验的技术总结。试验内容包括基础(联氨)试验,低剂量(200ppb)异抗坏血酸钠及其复合配方的试验,并与低剂量(130ppb)二甲基酮肟作了对比。从给水中溶解氧及铁、铜的平均值、合格率和数据波动性以及对pH值等水汽品质指标的影响等多方面综合评价了除氧剂的性能。试验结果表明,HX-02复合配方具有较好的综合性能,是一种具有推广价值的新型除氧剂配方。An industrial test for application of a new O_2 scavenger,sodium erythorbate and itscomplex formulation HX-02,on a 200MW unit is described in this paper. The above test in-cludes low dosage(130ppb) of NaErA and HX-02 in comparison to a same dosage of dimethylke-toxime (DMKO) and H_2N_4 (controlled at a residue concentration of 10 to 30ppb in feedwater).A comprehensive evaluation of the scavenging performance is carried out on the basis of the ave-race values and ranges of dissolved O_2,Fe,Cu in the feedwater durinp, the test and the effect onpH ana other steam-water cycle quality. The test results show that HX-02 possesses a goonoverall performance for O_2 scavenging and worthwhile to popularize its application in feedwaterdeoxygenation.
