单缸柴油机进气流动的模拟计算

摘　　要：本文通过对单缸柴油机进气过程的模拟计算,论述了特征线网格法的计算误差,提出了提高计算精度的措施,进一步完善了边界条件。根据试验结果确定了模拟计算中某些参数的取值,并通过对模拟计算结果和试验结果的比较,论述了模拟计算的正确性,讨论了计算中尚存在的问题。Errors of characteristic mesh method in simulation of gas flow in intakesystem of a single cylinder diesel engine was analyzed,and measures toimprove calculation accuracy proposed.The models for valve and open endboundaries were improved and some model parameters were evaluated byexperiments.Comparison between calculation and experiment verifiedproposed simulation method.
