摘  要:本文介绍了以频率2450MHz 的连续波,单位面积功率密度为30-34mW/cm^2的微波辐射,对雌性小鼠组织中 cAMP 水平变化及胚胎发育和子宫内膜上皮细胞的影响。实验结果表明微波辐射后的小鼠脑组织中 cAMP 水平明显增高,并出现胎儿死亡和流产,通过扫描电镜的观察发现受照小鼠子宫内膜上皮细胞膜表面的微绒毛已全部消失和解体。Female mice were exposed to 2450-MHz microwave radiation at incident power densities of 30-34 mW/cm^2 for 60 min daily.we have studied the effects of the microwave irradiation on the cAMP level in some tissues,the fetuses and the endometrial epicytes of the uterine of female mice. According to our experimental results,it is shown that the cAMP level increases obviously in brain after microwave irradiation.But,the cAMP level in liver and spleen has not any changes. Through the observation of the scanning electromicroscope,we found that the microvillus of the uterine endometrial epicytes of female mice disappeared totally after Microwave irladiation.While,with the naked eye we have obse- rved that the fetuses of pregnant mice have aborted and died in uterus.
