肥大细胞在流行性出血热病毒感染动物中的变量与意义

摘　　要：本文用吖啶橙荧光素染色,对流行性出血热病毒(EHFV)感染动物进行了肥大细胞计量检测,结果证明:皮下筋膜肥大细胞显著增生,平均每50个高倍视野肥大细胞数(MC/50H),A9smp14组为372.73个;A3smp7组为275.53个;L99Smp7组为620.37个,三个对照组分别为36.3个,25.8个和59.14个。实验与对照组比高出10倍以上,P<0.001,有显著性意义。经异硫氰酸盐荧光素标记的 EHFV-25-MCAb 捡测肺、脑组织 EHFV 抗原,全部为阳性,证实其肥大细胞增生为 EHF 发病所致。肥大细胞大量增生,释放组胺可相应增多。The article reports the detection of the mast cells count by means of acridin orange stain in the suckling mice infected with EHFV. The results showed that the mast cells in the subcutaneous fascia proliferated obviously.The everagenumber of the mast cells undereach 50 high power field(mc/50H)of those animal infected by EHFV A9Smp14,A3Smp7 and L99Smp7 wererespectively 372.72,275.53 and 620.37 corpusle,while the control groups were 36.5,25.8 and 59.14 corpusle, The figures of the experimental grous were ten times higher than of the controls(P<0.001),so the differences are highly significant. The detection of EHFV—25—1—McAb—FITC in the brain and lung tissue of the infected animal were all positive,which confirms that the infected animal were all positive,which confirms that the proliferation of the mast cells are caused by the attack of EHFV.The significant proliferation of the mast cells perhaps results in the increase of histamine release,which play a important role in increasing the vascular permea bility and hemorrhage.
