摘 要:楠溪江地区位于中国浙江省永嘉县内,其间散布着很多中国传统村落和民居。与其它地区不同,楠溪江古村落的肌理不是以方格网为基础的,它顺应自然,依山就势,独具特色。然而,随着人们对住房要求的不断提高,许多与地区建筑文脉大相径庭的房屋出现在占村落中;严重影响了村落的景观。该文提出在调查中发现的许多乡土建筑在现代社会中所遇到的问题,并探求这些问题的成因和解决方法,认为,住宅与村落环境和自然环境相谐调应是解决上述问题的出发点和基石。The areas of NanXi River, located In ZheJiang provinceln China, contains much of the remains of the old fabric including many traditional houses from ancient ages. Quite unlike the Other cities the layout and grammar of NanXi River communities is not based on a rigid textbook grid system. Rather the communities are more organic, following and accommodating the natural form and flow of the landscape. But with the increasing demands for housing , the old community areas are being overrun and destroyed by indiscriminate construction. What kind of housing therefore is appropriate for the community areas and how can it be integrated and incorPorated into the remains of the original fabric without causing increased destruction? We think that the balance between the community environment and natural environment is the cornerstone on which the mode for the sustainable development of the communities of the bore should be based.
