摘  要:插层型聚合物基纳米复合材料是最近十年中才迅速发展起来的新型复合材料,由于其具备非常均匀的微观结构与强相界面粘结强度,可以提供较常规聚合物复合材料更为优秀的机械性能、耐热性以及气体液体的阻隔性能,因而具有广泛的应用前景。简要地介绍了插层型聚合物基纳米复合材料的制备机理、研究现状以及应用领域,并对其发展前景进行了讨论。The Polymer/Layered Silicate Nanocomposite material (PLSN material) made by intercalation method is a new nanocomposite developed in the past decade. Because it has a fine symmetrical microstructure and very high bonding strength between nano-scale phase and polymer matrix,this material can provide ultra high me- chanical strength,impact strength,thermal stability and good barrier to gas and liquid moleculars. Therefore,this ma- terial can be widely used in industrial and agricultural areas. In this paper, the polymer matrix nanocomposite made by intercalation method is briefly introduced. The mechanism of preparation ,current status of research around the world, application area and development prospect of this material are also discussed.
