摘  要:对脉冲TIG焊熔透型熔池在脉冲峰 -基转换期间的熔池三维形态变化进行了定性分析 ,并从力和能量的角度建立了数学模型 .采用SurfaceEvolver有限元分析软件进行了数值模拟 ,进而通过实验结果对该数学模型作了修正 .修正过的模型和模拟结果为今后定量、系统地模拟出多种条件下熔透型熔池各液面的形态规律 ,以此建立熔池上液面的特征量与熔深的对应关系 。The variation behavior of the 3D shape of full-penetrated weld pool in the period from pulsed peak current to base current in pulsed TIG welding is analyzed qualitatively in this paper. The mathematical models are created from the view-point of force and energy. The numerical simulation is carried out using the FEM simulation software, Surface Evolver. The mathematical models are then modified through experimental results. The modified model lays the foundation for systematically and qualitatively simulating the principles of liquid surface of full-penetrated weld pool under various kinds of condition, and for obtaining the relationship between feature value of upper liquid surface and depth of the weld pool.
