摘  要:研究了不同取向铜单晶体的循环硬化行为结果表明,晶体取向对双滑移和多滑移取向铜单晶 体的循环硬化行为有强烈的影响不同取向钢单晶体的初始循环硬化率 00.2与晶体中的位错反应模式、强 度以及交滑移机会密切相关临界双滑移晶体在循环硬化初始阶段呈现出独特的应变突发行为。The cyclic hardening behaviors of copper single crystals with various orientations were investigated systematically. It was shown that the crystallographic orientation had a strong effect on the cyclic hardening behaviors of double- and multiple-slip-oriented copper single crystals. The initial cyclic hardening rate 0o.2 of differently oriented copper single crystals were mainly dependent on the modes and intensities of dislocation interactions between slip systems activated in the crystal as well as the possibility of cross slip. Moreover, a distinctive strain burst phenomenon was frequently observed in the very early stage of cyclic hardening for critical double-slip-oriented crystals.
