摘 要:研究了不同相结构双相黄铜的扩散机制,计算出黄铜在实海暴露过程中锌在β相的体扩散系数和α相晶界的扩散系数证实了合金元素 Sn对黄铜脱锌的抑制作用,揭示出脱锌深度与腐蚀速度之间的相关性.Zinc diffusion kinetics of double-phase brass corroded in seawater has been investigated by means of metallography microscope and mathematics regression analysis. The results showed that dezincification corrosion ofβ-phase continuous HMn58-2 brass was characterized by β-phase volume diffusion, while that ofα-phase continuous HSn62-1 brass was controlled by a-phase grain boundary diffusion. Apparent diffusion. coefficients of zinc in both types of alloys were calculated out by founding diffusion equation and boundary conditions. It was found that the value of theoretical calculation was close to that of experimentally measured, and it was confirmed that Sn element inhibited dezincification of brass. The relativity between the dezincification depth and corrosion rate of different double-phase brasses immersed in seawater was revealed.
