摘 要:采用直接在Pb Ca和Pb Sb合金基体表面镀锡的方法 ,应用循环伏安和阴极极化技术研究了添加锡对铅基合金在硫酸溶液中的电化学行为的影响。循环伏安研究结果表明 ,镀锡将影响铅基合金的电化学行为 ,如镀锡层太厚 ,则铅合金在硫酸溶液中只表现出锡的电化学行为 ,而且随着铅合金表面锡含量的增加 ,铅合金耐腐蚀性增强。阴极极化曲线显示 ,随着电镀锡的时间延长 ,对铅钙板栅合金来说 ,锡的增厚将增大其析氢电流 ,加速蓄电池的水损耗与自放电 ,而铅锑板栅合金的析氢电流大小没有明显的规律。另外 ,还采用循环伏安技术对铅基合金镀铝后的电化学行为是否产生不利的影响作了初步的研究。The cyclic voltammetry and the cathodic technology were used to study the influence of plating tin on electrochemical behavior of the Pb-Ca and Pb-Sb alloys in the sulfunic acid solution. The results of the cyclic voltammetry test show that plating tin affects the electrochemical behavior of lead alloys. i.e. over-thick layer of tin made the lead alloys electrodes only display the electrochemical behavior of Sn in the sulfunic solution with the increase of tin thickness the anticorrosion performance of lead alloys is improved. The cathodic polarization curves show that the more plating tin on Pb-Ca alloys, the higher hydrogen evolution current and this accelerates the water loss and self-discharge of batteries. Howerer, the effect rule of the hydrogen evolution current is not observed obviously where theres more tin plated on Pb-Sb alloys. The effects of alumina plated on grid alloys were studied preliminarily by means of the cyclic voltammetry technology.
