摘　　要：介绍了某电厂 30 0MW锅炉在运行 150 0 0h后 ,炉膛右侧局部区域水冷壁管子出现大量横向裂纹情况。对此进行了分析 ,判断水垢是造成这种破坏的主要原因 ,并提出了防治建议。Presents the analysis for the cause of a large number of transverse cracks in the water cooled wall tubes in a local area on the right side of the chamber of a 300 MW boiler, which occurred after the boiler operated for 15 000 hours,and concludes that water scales is the primary cause for this damage,and suggests preventive actions.
