摘  要:分析了电压空间矢量PWM (VSVPWM )的基本原理 ,指出在VSVPWM中每相每周期最多可有 12 0°的扇区不开关 ,通过零矢量作用时间的适当分配可以连续调整不开关扇区的位置。在此基础上提出了一种根据负荷功率因数角动态分配零矢量的方法 ,并引入了不开关扇区滞后角的概念。这种方法开关损耗最小 ,并可有效降低开关器件的最大开关电流 ,仿真结果证明了其可行性。The basic principle of Voltage Space Vector PWM is analyzed. It is shown that the switch status may not change in 120° sectors at most for each phase in a cycle, and the positions of the non switching sectors can be adjusted continuously by allocating the duty time of the two zero vectors properly. Furthermore, a method is proposed to choose the zero vectors dynamically according to the power factor angle of the load, and the concept of the lag angle of non switching sectors is proposed and defined. Using this method, the minimum switching losses can be reached, and the maximum switching current can be reduced effectively. This has been shown in the simulation results. In addition, the realization of the above method by the Harmonic Injection PWM method is also presented.
