摘 要:三相单开关Boost型PFC电路 ,由于工作在不连续导电模式 ,分析起来十分繁琐 ,设计不得不采用“试凑法”。本文根据电路的工作原理 ,利用平均法 ,把原电路简化成一个工作于DCM的DC/DC变换器 ,使主电路的阶次由三降为一 ,简化模型可用于主电路参数设计 ,线性化处理之后 ,可在频域设计输出电压调节器 ,因此使该类电路的设计摆脱“试凑法”。对比性的仿真说明 ,简化模型能够反映原电路的低频大信号特性。The analysis of the single switch three phase Power Factor Correction(PFC)Boost converter is very complex and trivial, in that the circuit operating in Discontinuous Conduction Mode(DCM)and contain seven diodes. The design involves a trial and error process in many cases due to the complexity. A simplified model, which is equivalent to a DCM boost dc/dc converter, is proposed based on analysis of the operation of the mains and averaging approach. The proposed model can also be linearized, and obtain the small signal model. The small signal model reduces the mains order to one, and greatly simplifies the system design, therefor, the traditional trial and error procedure is deserted. The contrast simulation results indicate that the simplified model can represent the low frequency large signal dynamic behavior of the single switch three phase PFC Boost converters. Experimental results also verify the analysis.
