摘  要:给出了不需用PdCl2 活化 ,采用连续化方式在球形Ni(OH) 2 上微包覆钴、镍和锌的工艺条件 ,以及球形Ni(OH ) 2在镀钴、镍和锌后对其充放电性能的影响。结果表明 ,在球形Ni(OH ) 2 表面上包覆钴、镍和锌的过程中伴随着析氢反应 ,形成了多孔包覆层 ,降低了其堆积密度。使用包覆Ni(OH) 2 制备电极 ,可提高电极中Ni(OH) 2The continuous preparation conditions of encapsulating Co,Ni and Zn on spherical Ni(OH) 2 without pre-activation with PdCl 2 were introduced, the effects of the encapsulation of the elements on the charge/discharge performance was discussed. The results showed that the process of Co,Ni and Zn deposition on spherical Ni(OH) 2 surface was accompanied by hydrogen gas evolution, a porous covering layer was formed and the tap density was reduced. The electrode made with encapsulated spherical Ni(OH) 2 had higher material utility and better charge/discharge performance.
