摘　　要：目的 :研究羟乙桂胺 β 环糊精包合物的制备方法。 方法 :采用饱和溶液法制备羟乙桂胺 β 环糊精包合物 ,并采用红外光谱、紫外光谱进行鉴定。结果 :羟乙桂胺 β 环糊精包合物主客分子摩尔比为 1∶1,平均收率为 ( 75 .9± 1.4 ) % ,平均包合率 ( 64.0± 2 .0 ) %。结论 :羟乙桂胺 β 环糊精包合物可使其溶解度大大增加。OBJECTIVE To study the preparation method of the inclusion compound of idrocilamide-β-cyclodextrin(β-CD).METHODS The inclusion compound was prepared by saturated solution method,and its structure was proved by infrared (IR)and UV spectra.RESULTS The molecular ratio of drug to β-CD in the inclusion compound was 1∶1;its average drug content was ( 64.0 ± 2.0 )%,and its average rate of inclusion was( 75.9 ± 1.4 )%.CONCLUSIONS The inclusion compound of idrocilamide-β-CD can increase the solubility of idrocilamide.
