摘　　要：目的：为研究低分子右旋糖酐的副作用及预防措施。方法与结果：分析因突聋或头晕输注低分子右旋糖酐引起过敏性休克５例，其中１例致死。１例病人首次应用就出现过敏性休克，４例病人在第２～５天发生。并对低分子右旋糖酐引起过敏反应和过敏性休克的原因、特点及预防等进行了探讨。结论：临床医师应慎重使用。Objective:To investigate the sideeffect of lowmolculer dextran in preventing the anaphylactic reactions. Methods and Results:Five patients of anaphylactic shock reactions complicated by intravenous infusion of lowmolecular weight dextran (dextran40) were reported,among whom one case died. The anaphylactic shock reactions occurred 2-5 days after the infusion of dextran40 in 4 patients, while shock occurred within minutes after dextran infusion in one case. The mechanism, management and prevention of adverse reactions to dextran40 were discussed. Conclusions:It is suggested that the low molecular weight dertran has wide uses in medicine but doctors should take care to avoid its sideeffects.
