更年鼠心肌线粒体ATP酶变化及更年康的作用

摘  要:采用大鼠自然更年期模型,观察心肌线粒体Ca2+、Mg2+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶活性的变化及中药更年康的作用。结果显示模型组大鼠Ca2+、Mg2+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶活性较青年鼠明显抑制(P<0.01),而更年康能提高更年鼠心肌线粒体ATP酶活性,提示更年康对于保护心肌线粒体、影响能量代谢、防治更年期心血管疾患具有一定作用。Objective: To observe the variation of Ca2+ 、Mg2+ -ATPase and Ca2+ -AT-Pase in myocardial mitochondria of climacteric rats and the effect of Geng Nian Kang . Methods: A natural animal model of climacteric syndrome was served. 40 SD rats were divided into four groups: model group, Estradiol group. Geng Nian Kang group and normal control. The activity of Ca2+ 、Mg2+ -ATPase and Ca2+ -ATPase were tested.Results: In model group, the results revealed that an inhibition of activity of ca2+ 、Mg2+ -ATPase and Ca2+ -ATPase when it was compared with normal control (P <0. 01). Geng Nian Kang can increase the activity of Ca2+、Mg2+ -ATPase and Ca2+ -ATPase. Conclusion : Geng Nian Kang can protect myocardial mitochondria and has influence on cell energy metabolism , thererore, has some effect on climacteric heart diseases.
