电视腹腔镜手术在泌尿外科中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 :探讨电视腹腔镜手术在泌尿外科的应用价值。方法 :为 5 4例泌尿外科患者施行腹腔镜手术 ,其中精索静脉曲张 1 6例、肾囊肿 30例、腹腔内隐睾 2例、肾上腺肿瘤 6例。手术同时作胆囊切除术 2例 ,肝囊肿切除术 1例。结果 :手术成功率 98.2 % (5 3/ 5 4) ,1例术中因出血转开放手术 ;手术并发症发生率 1 .8% (1 / 5 4) ;术后平均住院日为 3.3d;临床疗效满意。结论 :泌尿外科腹腔镜手术是一种安全、有效的微创手术 ,同时可检查、处理腹腔内合并症 ,值得临床推广应用。腹腔内隐睾、肾上腺肿瘤。Objective:To assess the value of video laparoscopic surgery in urology.Methods:A total of 54 patients with urological diseases were treated with video laparoscopy,including 16 with varicocele ,30 renal cysts,2 abdominal cryptorchidism and 6 adrenal tumors.Results:Among 54 operations 53 were successful.One patient with adrenal tumor returned to open surgery.The rate of surgical morbidity was 1.8%(1/54).The median post operative stay was 3.3 days.Conclusion:Laparoscopic operation can be recommended to clinicians for treating urological ploblems as a minimal invasive surgery with high safty and good efficiency.Abdominal cryptorchidism,small adrenal tumor and renal cyst are good indications for video laparoscopic operation in urology.
