摘　　要：就云南省妇幼卫生扶贫资金项目试点县工作,探讨了贫困地区妇幼卫生扶贫资金项目管理的若干关键问题,阐述了开展妇幼卫生扶贫资金项目管理的体会与思考,为贫困地区开展此类项目提供借鉴。This article discusses some key problems on management of the Maternal and Child Health Poverty Alleviation Fund (MCHPAF) program in rural areas, in terms of what MCHPAF project pilot counties carried out,and expounds the experiences and considerations in the process of carrying out the project management to provide rural areas with reference of performing the similar projects.
