摘　　要：概括分析了我国卫生资源配置和结构的现状。提出了尽快搞好区域卫生规划、完善医疗卫生投入补偿机制、建立医疗服务消费的市场制约机制和推进运行机制改革、引入内部竞争机制等观点。The paper generally analyses the current allocation and structure of health resources in our country, puts forword such issues as making regional health planning as soon as possible, perfecting input - compensation mechanism of health care consumption and promoting the reform of operational mechanism, introducing internal competition mechanism.
