摘　　要：以螺旋CT为例,选用量本利分析方法对如何加强现有大型医疗设备的经济核算,使其发挥更大的社会效益和经济效益,提高医院的经营管理水平进行了探讨。The author takes CT as example, to explore the effective ways by applying an analytical method of cost and profits analysis of how to strengthen the cost and profit calculation on the large scale medical equipment, and better displays its social benefits and economic benefits and finally improving the hospitals' management skills.
