摘 要:帛书《易传》认为 ,犯罪行为是由利己心产生的贪欲引发的 ,而约束贪欲的有效途径是道德修养。另外 ,法律及制度的完善化也能对预防犯罪起重要作用。帛书《德行》也把道德教育与道德修养当成预防犯罪的重要手段。它认为 ,各种感官欲望若不能为心所役 ,则会恶性膨胀 ,干出违法败德之事来。故其特别强调“心贵” ,即应树立起道德良知的主宰地位。Silk Book Yi Zhuan says that criminal act is caused by the avarice arising from selfadvantage, while accomplishment in ethics is the effective way to bind the avarice. Besides, perfection of law and institution also play an important role in preventing crimes. The silk book Moral Conduct takes education in ethics and accomplishment in ethics as important measures to prevent crimes. It says that if the desire of one's sensory organs cannot be controlled by his thought, it will expend evilly and make him commit malfeasances and rotten things. Therefore, it emphasizes on “Xingui”, that is the dominant position of intuitive knowledge in ethics should be established. Upon the dualism of humanity, the idea of crime prevention has been raised in Moral Conduct.
